ORDERING
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for all online purchases: Visa,
MasterCard, Discover.
Your order will not be processed if the credit card you entered is declined
or unauthorized.
You can send money orders, cashiers checks or cash wires. In those cases we
will ship the product once the payment is received. When you send a check
the order will be processed once the check is cleared. Please contact us
first if you are using this payment method.

Is my credit card information safe when ordering from MX Mini Bikes?
Yes! Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority. We use a
256 bit encrypted system to receive orders (watch your address bar when you
click to buy a product, you are being directed to our special encrypted
checkout system). We will never sale, rent, or
lease your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for
any reason. We will also ask you to confirm your shipping address just to
make sure we get your order right the first time.
Do you offer bulk rate discounts?
Yes, we do. If you plan to purchase 2 or more, contact us at 323-230-6633
and we will give you a bulk rate or multi unit discount discount.
Do you guarantee color choices?
Colors are not guaranteed, we try our best to match your requested color.
However, color is based on stock availability. We recommend that you choose
2 color choices when ordering. Graphics may vary from model to model.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order unless it has been shipped.
Cancellation fees?
Cancellation/Admin. fee, for any reason, is 30% per unit and 20% of
total for part order(s). Canceling orders due to item being backordered will
result in a 5% cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellation of order(s)
because of color availability.
We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your particular model
unless you purchased the unit, for such parts, directly from MX Mini Bikes. We will accept returns on such parts but they are subject to the 20%
restock fee. If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will
also be responsible for all shipping cost associated with your purchase.
There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges.
SHIPPING
When will you ship my order(s)?
We will ship your order within 48 hours after your payment and conformation
is received. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next
business day. All orders placed
Friday after 1:00 pm
CST will be processed
and shipped on the following Monday. All shipments are subject to stock
availability.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We ship daily, Monday through Friday.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Normal delivery time is
4-8 business days in transit. Our
shipments come from our warehouses in Texas and California so depending on
where you live, will determine the exact shipment time. Shipping times are
estimations.

Can I ship to an alternative address?
If you wish to ship to a different address, you must email us at
info@mxminibikes.com immediately
after you place your order and notify us of this. You can also call us at 323-230-6633 to request a different shipping address. You will need to prove
identity of your order with your order number and credit card information.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
How much is the shipping cost within the continental USA?
If you choose us to
handle the shipping for you, your will get free shipping. All products are
shipped by GROUND and we only ship within the continental USA for free. If
you prefer your own shipping method please contact us. If you need
international shipping please contact us.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do. For shipping outside of the USA, including US military bases, please contact our sales department at 323-230-6633. You can also email your address to us and we will quote you a

What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival?
Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver
has to wait), notify the driver of
any damage or missing pieces and mark the Bill of Lading or the receiving
document as "Damaged" or "Missing Items". If you received a damaged item please contact customer support
immediately at info@mxminibikes.com
or call 323-230-6633. You have 15 days form the time of delivery to make a
claim. We will recover the package and a replacement unit or
parts will be sent to you as soon as possible if necessary.
Can I exchange an item?
If customer wants to exchange an item the customer must notify us within 48
hours of arrival date. We will exchange your product only if the returned
product is in brand new, un-used, resellable condition. Unless the bike was
purchased directly form MX Mini Bikes we are not responsible for
products or parts not fitting your particular model and exchanges will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from MX Mini Bikes.
We do not accept unauthorized packages. We recommend that you use a
signature confirmation when you return items. We reserve the right to refuse
any returns.
We are not responsible for shipping cost associated with returned item(s).
We do not exchange or return product due to shipping damage. There is no
exchange on custom units.

What warranty do I have on
a bike I buy?
MX Mini Bikes hereby
warrants that new models, excluding race units or custom built
units purchased from MX Mini Bikes in the continental United States will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain
stated limitations.
THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY:
Pit bikes/Dirt bikes shall be 12 months (6 months on 250cc or higher models)
from the date of purchase.
ATV's and Go Karts shall be 90 days on electrical components and one (1)
year on all other parts; from the date of purchase. Warranty not available or
implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts. All warranties are
non-transferable.
DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY
MX Mini Bikes will free of charge, repair or replace any part
adjudged defective by MX Mini Bikes due to faulty workmanship or
material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted
for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under
warranty become property of MX Mini Bikes. Replacement part(s) are on
a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original,
damaged part(s)
to our location (We will cover shipping of the replacement part). If
warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original,
damaged part(s) is received. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible
for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by
customer.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include any failures caused by:
- Competition, racing or
track use.
- Installation of parts or
accessories that is not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from
MX Mini Bikes.
- Abnormal strain, neglect
or abuse.
- Lack of proper
maintenance.
- Accident or collision
damage.
- Modification of original
parts.
- Outside
repair or attempt to repair.
- Damage due to improper
transportation.
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine
maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables,
hoses, brake
shoes, chains, battery, fasteners, etc.
THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY
under this warranty shall be to:
- Operate and maintain the
vehicle as specified in the appropriate owner’s manual or by the dealer.
For more information of maintenance, please refer to your dealer.
- Give notice to MX Mini
Bikes of any and all apparent defects within 5 days after discovery,
and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at
such dealer’s place of business.
- Be prepared to provide
digital photos of any defective parts.
MX Mini Bikes
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH
EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED BY MX Mini Bikes AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

local, state, and federal laws with regard to the possession and or use of

Can I get parts?
Yes. Parts for vehicles are available. You can order them directly from us.

How do I work on my pit bike, ATV, go kart or generator?
We recommend you find a local motorcycle mechanic for service on your
vehicle. We have even found that a lot of lawn equipment mechanics can fix our vehicles because they have similar 4 stroke motors. If you are
having problems finding a mechanic, email us and we will try to help you as
much as possible.
Is it safe for my child to ride your bikes?
It is safe when the child is the right age and following the
recommended safety precautions. We recommend always wearing the proper
safety gear.

Do your models require assembly?
They arrive at your door 95% assembled. Some minor adjustments will be
necessary, but the process is not complicated and should take no more than
30 minutes. We offer free tech support if you need any help with assembly.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it
within 48 hours of original delivery and we will refund you for the price of
the product. All shipping cost or credit card fee's associated with the
purchase will not be included in the refund. Product must be in original
packaging, un-used, brand new condition and must be resellable.
Any damage incurred during shipping the product back will be your
responsibility. We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages.
We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your particular model
unless you purchased the vehicle, for such parts, directly from MX Mini
Bikes. Refunds for such items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
There is no refund on custom vehicles or race vehicles.
