MX Mini Bikes.com shall not sell any ATV under 50cc and under 90cc to any individual or party where the user of that vehicle has not yet attained the age of 12.

MX Mini Bikes.com shall not sell any ATV over 90cc to any individual or party where the user of that vehicle has not yet attained the age of 16.
